How to use
Four steps, more air.
- 1Wash and dry your noseBefore applying it, gently wash and dry your nose: the strip sticks better and is more comfortable.
- 2Place it in the centre of your noseCentre the adhesive part on the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils, and press the side tabs down on both sides.
- 3Press for 30 secondsPress firmly on both ends and in the centre for 30 seconds, so the adhesive activates.
- 4Remove it gently with warm waterMoisten the strip with warm water, then peel it off slowly from both sides towards the centre of your nose.
