How to use Orya nasal strips
Four steps to apply it properly, breathe better and remove it comfortably.

1Wash and dry your nose
Before applying it, gently wash and dry your nose: the strip sticks better and is more comfortable.

2Place it in the centre of your nose
Centre the adhesive part on the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils, and press the side tabs down on both sides.

3Press for 30 seconds
Press firmly on both ends and in the centre for 30 seconds, so the adhesive activates.

4Remove it gently with warm water
Moisten the strip with warm water, then peel it off slowly from both sides towards the centre of your nose.

What are Orya nasal strips?
They are strips that go on the nose and gently open the nasal passages with a purely mechanical action. Athletes use them, as do people who want to rest better and those looking for more comfort during the day.

Do they contain drugs or substances?
No. Orya works purely mechanically, without drugs or active substances.
How many strips are in a pack?
Each pack contains 30 strips. The Color Bundle contains three packs: Black, Pink and Yellow.
What’s the difference between the colours?
Only the style: Pink, Black, Yellow and White all work the same way. Choose the one that suits you, or take the "Find your Orya" quiz.
How long does delivery take?
